Terms of Service

Last updated: July 18, 2026

These are the terms for using RegionHQ software. They're written in plain English on purpose. By subscribing to or using any RegionHQ product, you agree to them.

1. What RegionHQ provides

RegionHQ offers three subscription software products:

Each product stands alone. Subscribing to one does not include the others.

2. Accounts and access codes

Accounts, license codes, access codes, and invite codes are issued to the subscribing region or user. They're for your team's use — don't share them outside the region or organization that subscribed, resell them, or use them to give access to people who aren't part of your subscription. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your credentials to yourself.

3. Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. There are no contracts and no lock-in:

4. Acceptable use

Use the products for their intended purpose: running your region and your own business. Don't:

We can suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

5. Your data, your responsibility

The products assist with tracking and communication — they don't replace your judgment. You are responsible for:

6. No warranty

The products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep them reliable, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegionHQ's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the products is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or lost data.

8. Independent software

RegionHQ is independent software built by an independent insurance professional. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Aflac Incorporated. FAME is a program name of Aflac Incorporated; it is referenced only to describe compatibility. Aflac is a registered trademark of Aflac Incorporated.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the products after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms? Email tristan.gaines2@gmail.com — you'll be talking to the person who built the software.

If anything here is unclear, contact support before you subscribe — we'd rather answer a question up front than have a surprise later.
